Regarding the Temporary Suspension of Bond Transactions for Phuc Hau Investment Limited Liability Company to Register Bonds at the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation

Based on Official Letter No. 2809/2023/CV-PH dated September 28, 2023, from Phuc Hau Investment Limited Liability Company regarding the Finalization of the Bondholders List of PHICH2124001 for Bond Registration at the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.

To complete the bond registration procedures at VSDC and register bond transactions on the separate corporate bond trading system at HNX, Everest Securities Joint Stock Company ("EVS") hereby notifies the Bondholders of Phuc Hau Investment Limited Liability Company, with bond code PHICH2124001, of the following details:

Time of finalizing the bondholders list: 6:00 PM on September 28, 2023

From the aforementioned time of finalizing the bondholders list, EVS will suspend all transactions related to bonds of Phuc Hau Investment Limited Liability Company ("Issuer") until the Issuer completes the registration dossier for deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.
