Regarding the Temporary Suspension of Transactions Related to Bonds for Registration at the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation

To: Bondholders of Phu Son Clean Agriculture Investment Joint Stock Company

Based on Document No. 1909/2023/CV-PS dated September 19, 2023, issued by Phu Son Clean Agriculture Investment Joint Stock Company regarding the Finalization of the List of Bondholders of PAICH2124001 Bonds for the Purpose of Registering Bonds at the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.

To carry out the bond registration procedures at VSDC and bond trading registration on the separate enterprise bond trading system at HNX, Everest Securities Joint Stock Company ("EVS") hereby notifies the bondholders of Phu Son Clean Agriculture Investment Joint Stock Company with bond code PAICH2124001 of the following details:

Date and time of finalization of the list of bondholders: 6:00 PM on September 19, 2023

From the aforementioned date and time of finalization of the list of bondholders, EVS will suspend all transactions related to bonds of Phu Son Clean Agriculture Investment Joint Stock Company ("Issuer") until the Issuer completes the bond deposit registration dossier at the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.
