Subject: Temporary Suspension of Bond Transfer Transactions for Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company

Bond Code: DCACH2124001

Based on Document No. 1227/2023/DCG dated October 2, 2023, issued by Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company regarding the Finalization of the List of Bondholders of bond code DCACH2124001 for bond registration at the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC).

To complete the bond registration procedures at VSDC and register bond transactions on the separate corporate bond trading system at the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Everest Securities Joint Stock Company ("EVS") hereby informs the bondholders of Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company with bond code DCACH2124001 of the following details:

- Deadline for finalizing the list of bondholders: 5:00 PM on October 2, 2023.

From the aforementioned deadline, EVS will suspend all transactions related to the bonds issued by Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company ("the Issuing Organization") until the Issuing Organization completes the registration dossier for deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.
