1. Job Description:

- Take responsibility for achieving business targets with clients in the managed customer segment; develop monthly/quarterly/yearly plans for the Department based on Branch plans; manage, monitor, evaluate the implementation situation, and propose to the Branch Director measures to overcome difficulties in implementation.
- Advise on policy formulation for clients in the assigned segment.
- Promote customer development;
- Direct/execute brokerage transactions such as guiding trading methods, investing in the stock market, etc.;
- Customer care, account opening and management, building investment portfolios for customers.

2. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, securities, international trade, or related economic fields;
- Preferably candidates with experience working in securities companies and holding securities practice certificates, or having experience in related fields such as insurance business, real estate, finance-banking;
- Preferably brokers with a stable customer base;
- Good communication and persuasive skills;
- Honest, enthusiastic, and highly responsible spirit in work;
- Proficiency in office computer skills.
