1. Job Description:
- Design the interface of the company's App and Website.
- Participate in the design process, research, and development of products.
- Develop ideas and produce visual content, illustrations, banners, etc., for product-related requests on Web/Mobile Web/Mobile App platforms.
- Design materials, signboards, and advertising images at headquarters, branches, and bank branches.
- Build template layouts for communication activities on various channels, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with EVS branding across platforms: Email, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Ads Network, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop creative direction for each campaign. Implement the design of communication materials using images (Digital images, Video Clips, printed templates, etc.) to serve marketing campaigns.
- Manage deployment, monitor, and take responsibility for the visual aspects of product production to ensure a dignified, modern design with a product experience.
- Coordinate with product development and design units to ensure consistency in design, images, and experience.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors and the company's management.
2. Requirements:
- Education: College - University.
- Majors: Graphic Design, Design, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
- Skills: Good aesthetic sense, creativity, flexibility, modern design trends; Time management, project management; Teamwork, communication; Critical thinking.
- Attitude: Responsibility, adaptability, proactivity, willingness to learn, progress.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Photography skills are a plus.
- Drawing skills are a plus.
