1. Job Description:

- Assist in checking and controlling the legality of internal documents, standard contracts, and economic contracts to ensure compliance with current legal regulations.
- Support the Head of Department in providing legal advice on organizational and business activities related to securities for units and departments throughout the company.
- Update and compile a list of Legal Regulations related to securities business activities to provide and introduce to units and departments throughout the system.
- Participate in and support the monitoring and supervision of compliance with company regulations, procedures, and regulations; Implement warnings, preventive measures, and risk reduction.
- Perform other related tasks as required by the Department Head.

2. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or Law Faculty of National University.
- Minimum of 03 years of experience, candidates with experience in Finance, Securities preferred.
- Understanding of the law in areas related to Securities, Real Estate, Credit - Banking, Finance - Accounting, Commerce, Civil, Labor, Civil Procedure.
- Good communication skills in English.
- High sense of responsibility, diligence, honesty, dynamism, creativity, and proactivity in work.
- Priority given to candidates with a desire for long-term commitment to the company.
