1. Job Description:
- Develop a human resources development strategy aligned with the company's development strategy for each operational period.
- Establish a system to assess the quality of human resources and employees' capabilities.
- Participate in building the organizational structure and activities of the company.
- Develop strategies, policies, and plans for recruiting and attracting talented individuals to key positions within the company.
- Establish a training system.
- Develop retention policies and optimize labor productivity.
- Build corporate culture: Propose and implement activities and programs to instill the company's culture in employees.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
2. Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in equivalent positions in financial, investment, and banking enterprises.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources management or related fields.
- Ability to build a professional human resources management system (OKRs, KPIs, HRD, market-based compensation, etc.).
- Business acumen with a focus on human factors.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
