1. Job Description:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding financial products, policies, and promotional programs related to financial products. Escalate inquiries to relevant departments/units for resolution, monitor resolution outcomes, and provide feedback to customers via hotline/email channels.
- Develop mechanisms and policies for customer care activities such as preferential gifts, gratitude gifts, and giveaways on special occasions such as holidays, festivals, birthdays, etc.
- Process payment procedures for business support expenses for sales personnel of Sales/Partnership departments. Perform reconciliation and payment of waived/discounted fees for customers under Sales/Partnership departments.
- Assist Sales/Partnership departments, support customers in placing buy/sell orders for financial products on management systems/software.
- Assist Sales/Partnership departments in completing customer buying/selling profiles with full documentation and signatures according to company procedures and regulations. Archive/hand over customer profiles according to regulations.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as assigned by the Head of Business Support Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Business Support Department, Management Board of each period, and according to EVS regulations.
2. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Securities, or related fields.
- Minimum work experience required: 0 - 1 year.
- Communication and persuasion skills.
- Good problem-solving and planning skills.
- Dynamic, excellent communication skills.
- Responsible in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).
