According to the announcement from the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange regarding the addition of VAF (Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company) to the list of securities ineligible for margin trading:

Effective date: March 12, 2024;
