According to the announcement from the Hanoi Stock Exchange regarding the addition of HCT (Haiphong Cement Transport and Trading Service Joint Stock Company) to the list of securities ineligible for margin trading:

- Effective date: March 25, 2024;
- Reasons: The audited financial statements for the year 2023 reported a negative net profit after tax; the stock is under warning status.
