To provide exceptional experiences and conveniences to our customers, starting from September 1, 2021, EVS officially launches the support program for purchasing odd-lot shares according to the monthly announced list with the following procedures:

**Implementation Time:**

- Customer transaction recording time: 2nd week of every month.
- Document submission time to VSD: 3rd week of every month.
- Estimated time for money to be credited to the customer's account: 5-7 working days from the date of document submission to VSD.

**For Customers Conducting Transactions at the Counter:**

- Individual Customers:
- The account holder or an authorized person must bring their ID card/citizen ID.

- Institutional Customers:
- Introduction letter for the representative of the organization (if any).
- ID card/citizen ID of the authorized person.
- Sale order form with signature and stamp.

**For Customers Conducting Online Transactions (Via Phone/Email):**

Applicable only to customers who have registered for online trading with EVS.

- **Phone Transactions:**
- Customers call EVS service hotline (0243.7726699/327), verify personal information, phone code, and transaction order.

- **Email Transactions:**
- Customers send an email from their registered personal email to EVS's email address phongdvkh@eves.com.vn and confirm the following information (Template attached below):
- Account holder
- ID card/citizen ID: issue date, place of issue
- Securities trading account number
- Confirmation of selling odd-lot shares to EVS as follows:
- Stock code:
- Quantity:
- Selling price: Floor price on the trading day
