GUIDANCE FOR CUSTOMERS ON TRANSACTION PROCEDURES AFTER THE CLOSURE OF HAM NGHI BRANCH

Dear Customers/Partners of Ham Nghi Branch,

Based on Resolution No. 06/2020/NQ-HDQT of the Board of Directors of Everest Securities Joint Stock Company (EVS) regarding the decision to close the Ham Nghi Branch – EVS located at Floor 4, Ruby Tower Building, 81-83-83B-85 Ham Nghi, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, due to business operation needs and system restructuring.

Based on Decision No. 252/QĐ-UBCK dated April 10, 2020, of the State Securities Commission approving the closure of the Ham Nghi Branch – EVS.

EVS would like to inform our Customers/Partners of the following plan for handling valid trading contracts at the Ham Nghi Branch:

Starting from April 14, 2020, EVS will transfer all securities trading account data of Customers from the Ham Nghi Branch to EVS's Saigon Branch in Ho Chi Minh City for continued management. Accordingly, Customers can:

- Directly conduct all transactions on their securities trading accounts at EVS's Saigon Branch located at Floor M, Central Park Building, 117 Nguyen Du, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Phone: 028.62906296 – Fax: 028.62906399; or
- Utilize online trading methods to place trading orders or transfer funds online according to the online trading and online fund transfer service agreement between Customers and EVS. Phone number for online securities trading orders at Saigon Branch: 028.62906296 (Extension: 869).
- Deposits into Customers' Securities Trading Accounts from April 14, 2020, will be made as per the instructions below:

- Payee: Everest Securities Joint Stock Company – Saigon Branch
- At Bank: Customers can choose from the Bank list below
- Account Number: Customers choose corresponding to the Bank
- Details: Deposit/transfer money to account xxxx (Securities Trading Account Number) of xxxx (Account Holder Name)
