Following our announcement on March 31st, 2020, regarding the temporary suspension of over-the-counter transactions, and considering the increasingly complex developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Prime Minister, Ministry of Health, and local authorities have continuously issued warnings advising people to limit movement and avoid gatherings in crowded places.

In response to this urgent situation, Everest Securities Corporation (EVS) continues to advise our valued customers to choose our online trading platform and limit transactions at our counters.

During this time:

1. Our online trading channels and Customer Service Hotline will continue to operate continuously to meet customer needs.

2. Our brokerage team will ensure continuous online operations. Therefore, customers can directly contact their assigned brokers for prompt advice and support.

3. Starting from April 1st, 2020, EVS temporarily suspends customer services at our Ba Trieu Branch in Hanoi: 1st Floor, Minexport Building, 28 C,D Ba Trieu, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, until further notice.

Other branches will operate as usual, ensuring transparent transactions and safeguarding customer rights.

In case it is necessary to visit our counter, you can go to one of the following locations for assistance:

- EVS Headquarters in Hanoi: 2nd Floor, VNT Tower, 19 Nguyen Trai, Khuong Trung, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
- EVS Branch in Ho Chi Minh City: M Floor, Central Park Building, 117 Nguyen Du, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
- EVS Branch in Ham Nghi, Ho Chi Minh City: 4th Floor, Ruby Tower Building, 81-85 Ham Nghi, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
