Everest Securities Joint Stock Company (EVS) would like to inform you of the information from the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) regarding the trading system incident on June 9th, 2020 as follows:

On June 9th, 2020, during the closing price determination periodic matching session, a technical issue occurred with the trading system of HOSE.

In accordance with the provisions at Point a, Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular 203/2015/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance guiding transactions on the securities market and Point 1, Article 5 of the Securities Trading Regulation at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange issued together with Decision No. 66/QD-SGDHCM dated March 3rd, 2018, HOSE announces:

1.      Temporarily suspend trading and cancel the closing price determination periodic matching session on June 9th, 2020.

2.      The closing price of securities on June 9th, 2020, will be the last matched price of the day.

3.      Trading activities will resume as soon as the incident is resolved, and HOSE will notify in the next announcement.

EVS has completed updating the trading results for today, June 9th, 2020. You can track the results on the EVS online trading system.

EVS would like to notify you for your awareness and will promptly inform you of any further announcements from HOSE.
