Based on the business operational needs and the restructuring of our system, on April 3, 2020, the Board of Directors of EVS issued Resolution No. 06/2020/BoD-EVS regarding the closure of the Ham Nghi Branch of Everest Securities Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the Ham Nghi Branch (established and operated under Decision No. 780/QD-UBCK issued by the State Securities Commission on September 17, 2018, located at Floor 4, Ruby Tower Building, 81-83-83B-85 Ham Nghi, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) will officially cease operations after the Company receives approval from the State Securities Commission. Therefore, EVS would like to inform our customers/partners of the plan for handling the remaining contracts at the Ham Nghi Branch as follows:
- From May 5, 2020, EVS will transfer all current securities trading account data of customers at the Ham Nghi Branch to the Saigon Branch of EVS in Ho Chi Minh City for further management. Accordingly, customers can:

Directly conduct all transactions on their securities trading accounts at the Saigon Branch of EVS located at: Floor M, Central Park Building, 117 Nguyen Du, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Phone: 028 62906296 – Fax: 028 62906399.

Use online trading methods to place trading orders according to the agreement on online trading services signed between customers and EVS.

Any other contracts signed between customers/partners and the Ham Nghi Branch that are still valid, including but not limited to investment advisory contracts, issuance guarantee contracts...(if any), will be transferred to the Saigon Branch for further management and execution.

In case customers need to settle contracts/securities trading accounts opened at the Ham Nghi Branch, please kindly proceed to the Hàm Nghi Branch to complete the procedures before May 5, 2020. From May 5, 2020 onwards, customers are kindly requested to carry out any related transactions at the Saigon Branch of the Company according to the contact information provided above.
