Since September 1st, 2023, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) has completed the conversion of its core banking system. Accordingly, BIDV has shortened the payment account numbers at the bank from 14 digits to 10 digits.

Regarding BIDV, they are currently supporting the simultaneous use of both old and new account numbers in transactions for our customers and will notify customers at least 6 months before ceasing support for transactions with the old account numbers.

However, to ensure that withdrawals and transfers from your securities trading account at EVS to your BIDV bank account are not interrupted, EVS encourages customers who have registered to transfer funds to their BIDV account at EVS to update their new BIDV bank account information and switch to using the new account number as soon as possible.
